two diff head bolts

Is this common , two have 5/8 head and the rest are 11/16 . problem is the 11/16 heads torqued down properly and the 5/8 head bolts , worried I will break and I am getting a little oil in the rad . Head doesn't appear to be warped , but I guess I may have to check the possibility

All it means is two of the original bolts have been replaced with modern ones that have the newer and smaller SAE/ANSI standard head size. Assuming the new bolts are the proper grade I would be far more concerned about the strength of the older ones....
