8N in fourth/road gear, Sherman overdrive in high range,
futzing around at less than 300RPM. Scared me for a bit
when it dropped down to 200RPM there for a second or
two but the governor caught it just fine. :)
It runs 2100 wide open without hesitation.

That setup at 2100 RPM is quite a wild ride too.
I might have to tighten the steering up a bit more. :shock:
 
nice video.
Got to wondering myself the other day.......
one of those chicken or the egg puzzles....
putt'n around in a higher gear on flat ground with an upright 2cyl Deere at very low rpm after I got it rolling....(no reason...sounds cool)
hmmm....is the engine actually driving the tractor at this rpm, or is it the momentum of the turning rear tires in a high gear that is making the engine run.....
Guess I'll never know....coming to a slight incline, the engine cheated (governor) :)
