One arm loader for 8n with brackets on CL

I asked the seller what the model the loader was on. He emailed me that it was on an 8n and he said he had all the brackets. I ask him to send a photo of the brackets and this is the photo he sent. What a disappointment.

Something like that would make getting on and off easier but power dump is more enjoyable for my use. Glad I don't have $.

actually.. they look like they will hang the loader.. just I would not trust them with weight.

the flat plate with round stock is obviously the repalcement trans bracket... must bolt under the steering box, perhaps with 2 added bolts too. the round stock even looks to have the hold drilled thru for the retainer L pin.

the bracket with small hole is for the front toe, he must have drilled and tapped his front bolster to add that?

the L shaped bracket is for the under trans setup normally.. he looks to be using an angle iron flat to hit the trans to center flange mount bolts, then connect over to the foot of the loader.

I bet you it works, if you drill about 4 more holes in your N... just not sure what weight I'd trust it with... the front hanger bracket looks anemic...

And If I was really depending on it, I'd split her, and not rely on just the bolts going into the cast. I'd use gr8 or 10 bolts as big as I coult get thru the steering box, then use a backer plate or hard washers and hard nuts on the underside to mount the mount plates to the trans top. ditto on the bolster. same deal, nutted from the back.. ( and maybee welded )

the foot bracket.. probably ok, if good angle was used.

You are probably right, but they all look a bit weak compared to the original, Especiall the front piece.
