rebuilt pump but no muscle

Jubiliee 1954? Just rebuild the hydraulic pump. Has 400 lbs cold 220 hot pressure. Was lifting weight at first but now only lifts no weight. any suggestions.

o load = virtually no pressure. Pressure is proportional to load being lifted.

Vane pump (the square one)?....could be worn out...the clearance are tight and there are no new parts for them.

TOH on this board sells an adaptor to use a modern pump if your vane pump is worn.
