Toro golf course tractor

I have what I think is a 1948 Toro golf course tractor. The tractor #29501. The motor is a 8N tractor motor #1050. It has a Ford 3 speed & a duel wheel 1 ton truck rear end. My question is , Will a Ford 8BA flathead V8 bolt up to this 3 speed? Has anyone else done this kind of swap?
Any in put would be helpful.
Thanks Al
I hope this is posted on the right forum.

bellhousing won't line up. It might be possible if you get the bellhousing with the V8, although I have never done one. engine mounts and other things would have to be addressed but it might be doable. Is it a toro or a worthington?

Found one that looks like what you are talking about. I thought they only made lawn mowers. Does this one look like yours?
Toro Tractor

50+ years ago a neighbor had a unit that looked just like the one pictured except for the seat. it had a "bench" seat. I always thought it was a ford machine. did ford make those types of machines? the neighbor pulled gang mowers with it.

I think it would be made by and called a Toro. My old Ford pickup has an International Navistar engine. But that don't make it an International. It was built (or I should say, Assembled) by Ford. So it's a Ford. Same here with Toro. They just bought the engine and maybe other parts from Ford.
