8N exhaust valve guide seals

Finishing up on the 8N engine rebuild. I have a question regarding the valve guide seals. I have seen some folks noting to leave the seals off the exhaust valve guides. Which is the best way to go??

There is no point in putting seals on the exhuast valves on an 8n.

Or, on the other hand, there is no harm in installing them, either!

Though I am somewhat confused, I guess I am good to go either route.
