rear wheel leaking fluid 48 8nn

There is leakage from the rear right brake drum on my 48 8n. I am a newbie and not sure how to go about fixing it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rear Axel seal is leaking. John Smith has a great write up on how to do the repair.

I followed John's advice have been leak free for 7 yrs of course it took two new hubs.

I too followed john Smiths website guidance... Went well.. And dry brakes are wonderful.
