9N. Two clips on side of steering box.

When I was removing parts off of my 9N for painting. There were two little clips on bolts on the left side of the steering box. They look like they should hold a battery cable in place. I could see no reason for them and removed them.

Today it hit me: Might they have been to hold a starting crank?

I can't say for sure, but I believe you are looking at wire clamps.
I think the crank stored back by the seat like the pictures in this [b:eaecbacdb1]YT Thread[/b:eaecbacdb1]
