9n drawbar?

I picked this up at a yard sale over the weekend. Farmer said it was on the back of his 9n. Unfortunately the
brackets went with the tractor when sold years ago. I would have like to have seen these brackets. Anyone know
what it is off of. Still has the blue paint on it. If you have one mounted on your 9n/2n please post a photo.

I'm betting there was a bracket that had a rounded profile to follow the bottom few axle trumpet bolts. The top brace probably used a trumpet bolt higher up. I'm not sure if I would want to pull something like a baler with it. It might be hard on those bolt holes.

I agree that it was likely bracketed off trumpet bolts.

I Believe Mr TOH makes a setup like that.

I have also seen home-brew brawbar brackets that use the pto retainer bolts as well as the fender location bolts.

I know when I made a partial sub frame for a 3pt backhoe for an 850, that I used trumpet bolt locations as well as the fender mount pads, as well as top cover bolt locations. I wanted as much metal bracking to as many bolts and studs as I could get.. Heck, I even used the seat mount studs. :)

You were right. It looks like it might be one off a kubota L345DT. He must have farmerized a couple of brackets for the 9n hookup.
Thanks, Kirk
