1950 8n bearing specs?

I have a 1950 8n, i have the motor torn down. I have a service manual that came with the tractor. The manual says the rod bearing journals are 1.9375 and im measuring 2.05 ish thats a difference of .120 larger, seems like I have the wrong info for the journals. The main specs out at 2.25 and im measuring 2.24 that seems correct. anyone have the correct specs?

Ford 8N engine specifications:

Main journals - 2.248/2.249
Crankpin - 2.0935/2.0945

Based on your numbers the mains are probably .010 under and the crankpins .040 under. You really need multiple measurements for eacvh journal accurate to +/- .001 to know exactly what condition your crankshaft journals are in and what if anything needs to be done with it. If you can't do that I suggest you obtain the services of a good automotive machine shop.

yes of course i don't really trust the cheep set of calipers i have. I was just taking some initial measurements just for ha ha's . I really appreciate the response thanks for chatting
