8n for sale

I'd take only a small percentage of that sale price to help him edit his ad for grammar, punctuation, capitalization and spelling - including [b:e740658f2b][i:e740658f2b]"Rodgers"[/i:e740658f2b][/b:e740658f2b]. (Roy didn't use a "d".)

Kinda hurts the "provenance", as they say on Antiques Roadshow.

There might be more of a market if Roy's museum down in Branson hadn't closed a few years back.

The question I have is how did he find out where it was originally sold . Obviously the guy is smokin something if he wants that much for it. Do you folks know of a website that gives more detail to serial numbers besides year built?

There are two problems with his story. If it was only used in the one movie. The engine would not need rebuilt. And if it sat in a shed till recently. It would not be painted blue.

Not [i:59e7130c99]that[/i:59e7130c99] Roy Rogers, Tom, Roy Rodgers. The one that
starred in a Disney "move" with Tigger and Winnie the Pooh! LOL
At least he didn't say it was a "true" story.
He may believe it, but I don't. Call me a skeptic.

By the way, I have Trigger's 2N at my place.
Even has his hoof prints in the grill! LOL

I don't have a clue on wtf he was trying to say in the ad but hey, he only wants a dollar for it!
