Wonder if this can be repaired or is it junk. Ford 9n

Yes, it can be repaired. But judging by the frost plug it is neither an early block nor special in any way.
N parts are cheap and plentiful.
Replace it.

Yes. It can be fixed.
I have fixed them a lot worse than that.

How much would it cost to replace it? And best place to get n parts here?

Hobby, just where might you be located? I have a good block but I am in Oregon. Shipping might just be a killer.
