Link to purchase sleeve puller

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to find a link to the Old Hokie's sleeve puller/installer for the 8n tractors, but can't seem to find it? I see everyone talking about it and have seen the pictures but every link I find is a dead end. Can anyone point me to a link to buy or a phone number to call? Would greatly appreciate anyone's help.
