Dearborn bushing

I posted this in the implement section also.
I'm in need of the bushing for 1 1/8 shaft. It's for model 14-60 side sickle bar. Anyone know where I might be able to get one or have one they would like to sell?

It would be # 2 on the diagram.

That appears to be a taper lock bushing. If it is a standard bushing it should be available for a 1-3/8" PTO from a good industrial supply house. One for an 1-1/8" PTO may be a lot harder to find. First place to check would be the CNH parts catalog.

If it is a standard "Browning" bushing (and it probably is) there's lots of sources, even Amazon, @ $12.14.

FIAT shows it to still be available (but it sometimes doesn't work that way when you order it) @ $142.68!

If you cannot get an original one at a decent price and order the Browning and it would happen not to fit, you can always get a new Browning-style sheave of the correct diameter and groove width to go with the bushing.

Did you find one for an 1-1/8" PTO??

Thank you for the info, going to try the one you posted from amazon. In anxious to get the sickle bar working.

The one on Amazon will not work with the original pulley. You will need to buy a matching pulley for that bushing. Check out my response on the implement forum.

FORD/DEARBORN used standard parts for the most part available from suppliers well known -FRAM; Donaldson; TIMKEN; and Kelsey-Hayes are but a small example. The bushings they used were mostly supplied by OILITE and if you have the old one, take it with you to an OILITE supplier and they will most surely be able to identify it and find you a new one. If creative, you can make a new one yourself or find a good machinist who can.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Originally I had just a pulley and the head of the bushing. While looking for something else in the garage i found another pulley. This one has the splines from the bushing broke off inside of it. It doesn't fit very tight but it didn't fly off either.
