Crankshaft pulley should have a bolt holding it on from what FO-4 and 'other' site states however I have what appears to be a large screw and I don't have a screwdriver that big.
Any suggestions?

That is an aftermarket pulley used with a hydraulic pump for a loader. The slotted screw is used in place of the OEM bolt to get clearance for the pump drive hub. I would suggest an impact driver with the largest blade type screwdriver bit you have. If you have an impact wrench and screwdriver bit that fits it even better.

If you take a hammer and punch on the outer left end of the slot you should be able to break it loose and then they usually turn out fairly easy.

They make a 1/2 inch drive screw driver socket that works well on those. Or you could find a set of screw drivers like I have. The big one has a blade about 1 inch wide and the small one 3/4 of an inch

Use an impact driver with a large bit.

Usually, I use the largest bit from my impact driver set and chuck it up onto an impact wrench. Works wonders.

Hammer and a cold chisel no special high dollar tool needed that you will ever use again... once loose throw the hole damm mess away and get the other style that uses a bolt... TOH can fix you up with a adapter for that type of set up but I would run form it myself...

Some things in life that give you a fit are good...

If it tight it did not work loose and wobble and ruin the snout on your crankshaft like it did on my N.. I have no use for that set up

all good suggestions
An old T-handled lug wrench works pretty good on big screws too.
lots of leverage

(I have one that fits those pesky screws in brake drums perfectly....)
