3 PT lower arm pin repair on a Jubilee

Short of replacing the trumpet I don't see a valid fix.
Unless someone has a better suggestion, I think I'll leave it be.
It is not leaking and is no longer loose, which it apparently was.
Yes, that housing is cracked.

I would get a replacement no surprises that way.I bet in the back of your mind you know thats the best way. I would not step over a dime to pickup a nickle.

If you are keeping the tractor, might let it be, and keep an eye out for the parts to repair when necessary.

If you are planning on selling it, probably should replace, you know how things work, first thing the guy tries to pick up with the 3pt will be too heavy, and that lil crack will be a big crack.

64frd4000ind - good points. The plan is to keep it.

The only guy that might buy it would be the guy I got it from
and he was already using it the way it is. I doubt he will buy
it though because I would want too much money for it.

So it will likely spend the rest of it's life working my gardens
and going to tractor shows on the weekends.

Like has been opined,If you're not going to sell it,and it's not leaking, just leave it. If you have a wirewelder, might
reweld the cracked[external]area. I've welded axle trumpets before that were cracked almost in two with nickle rods,an
inch at a time, inside and out.

Royse,

It looks to me like whoever repaired it, probably did a good penetrating weld repair on his first pass and that's why it isn't leaking or loose. Then he probably laid a couple of more passes over top of the first for good measure and that may explain why he wasn't worried about making it look so finish-perfect when grinding back his final pass or passes.
