Sheet Metal Script ?

Just noticed that the Ford script on this "Jubilee" is back by the dash rather than forward by the dog leg. Has someone just painted it on there or are there Fords with the name Ford where this one is?

The ford script on the NAA and hundred series would
have been embossed on the hood. The 601 and 801 and
early thousand series would have been smooth hood
with decals added.

For some strange reason I cannot even see what I first posted.
I posted a link to that redish colored Jubilee on tractorhouse with the steel channel bumper that has "Ford" on the sheet metal near the dash. But it also looks like they may have painted over the raised "Ford" at the front by the dog leg. As you say, they probably added the decal by the dash.

Thanks,
Terry
