Not much other progress, just LOTS of cleaning.

What is the proper lube for this bearing/pin?

I would say none, grease attracts and hold grit. Better dry in my opinion.

I hear opinions on both sides, but I put the bushing in dry too.
If I'm not mistaken I think someone said the factory did also?
I do use a little anti-seize on the bolster bores.

I have not read anything on a proper lube for this
bearing.

But it makes a noise sometimes, so I spray it with
graphite, noise goes away, not suppose to attract
dirt.

But who knows??????

Sure do not want my new bearing to wear out again.
