Starting my first rebuild of a 9N.
The tractor has a trashed hood, no grill and no side panels.
The radiator is resting on a home made bracket and is sliding around.
Does anyone out there have any decent parts at a decent price?
Should I look for footrest's also?
Thanks to all.

9N didn't have foot rests originally, but I like them.

Good used hoods are getting harder and harder to find.
Re-pops are available, but hang on to your wallet. >$300
Side panels/Dog legs are available in the 2N style @ $75 or
so each. The earlier 9N style are NLA as far as I know new.
They show up on eBay every now and then though.

What part of the country are you in? there are a couple of tractor salvage yards here in Southern Illinois, might be worth a short trip to get actual parts.

A lot depends on where you are. I have a hood and dog legs from a 9N I had and a few other parts and pieces. I am in Missouri the lake of the Ozarks area

I'm in Central FLA. I have been looking at Ebay but have not seen much. I guess I'll keep looking.
Thanks to all for the assist.

I feel your pain from Kansas. I traded for my 2N, sight unseen. Needless to say the hood was too rough for repair. I am in the middle of the engine rebuild and not sure I want to spend that much green for a freakin hood. Still very happy with the trade either way, made a new friend who just happens to have kids in the same school as mine and got the tractor...
