Looking For A GOOD Ignition Switch

These ignition switches that you get now are not worth putting in. The switch that looks like the original switch. Where can one get some good switches? I didn't realize how bad they are till I put voltmeter on a 12 volt conversion system. Just touch the key and you would see the voltmeter go dead, so that means you can't be getting voltage to the coil either. Very unreliable!
 
You can get a decent quality generic ignition switch at NAPA.

If you want one that looks OEM, but the "exact as original" version from Dennis Carpenter.

Get a toggle switch and mount it and a ground shut off to battery.
