The stabilizer bar is for a "Dearborn Model 14-15-16. rear attached mower. The flat bar, with the elongated slot is for the same mower and is part of the "top link and anchor strap assembly. Not sure on the round bar.
My "scrapper is missing that part, plus PtO squre adaptor, and broken "pull bar assembly.

The stabilizer bars are not just for the Dearborn mower. They were used with many implements. The flat bars with the elongated slots are not for a Dearborn mower.

I looked at the mower parts list and
didn't see them there. I guess when I get
the stuff I'll see if there's any parts
#'s on it. Maybe I can ask the seller what
they are.

So what [i:340f89fce1][b:340f89fce1]are [/b:340f89fce1][/i:340f89fce1]they for?
The two on the top have me curious. They don't look strong
enough to be chain hooks, but maybe sway chains for a
particular implement. Offset to move the attach point in or
out so that doesn't seem to fit right either.
Makes me think they were specific to an implement to lift
and accomplish something else while it lifts.
Like the cement mixers dump when lifted.
I'm sure someone knows!

I have no clue what they are for. The two on top do look like they are for some type of implement. I will have to do some looking around and see If I can find anything that looks like them.

Lisa;
I can't help with the rest of the brackets, with the exception of the two sway bars......BUT....JMHO the round dowel with the pointed end, and the small hole on the other end,....looks exactly like a Grounding rod, used for grounding electric fences around chicken coops...etc.!!!???
I have two such rods out in my work shop......pointed ends for pounding into the ground, and hole at the top for attaching a wire for grounding the fencing.
About 5/8ths" solid steel rod!!?????

Just a guess!!

I have about a two inch manual that lists every implement made by Dearborn for the tractors. Ill start paging through the darn thing. There is a parts breakdown for each implement.

That's awful nice of you! Suppose I could start on the other site looking through parts diagrams...Gary I will chck it out when I get them. I bought them off eBay...with a whole bunch of other stuff

Gary here's another guess..... I have a number of round rods similar to that one. They are used as surveyors stakes or excavating markers and connected with string when laying trenches for footings or forming foundations.

I used a couple of similar long steel stakes with eyelets, to anchor the corners of my tractor's humidifier -- otherwise known as a "shelter". :)

The flat bars with the elongated hole appear to be angled on the end with the holes. If so, put them together with the holes on opposite ends and the angled ends on opposite sides. That will make an adjustable stay-bar. Use two of them in conjunction with the stabilizer bars to hold the drawbar at a fixed height to pull wagons or trailers.

Seems like you picked up a smorgasbord of parts. Even a carb that yu can fix up to sell and make 3/4 of what you paid back.

Exactly. I figured if the manifold is good
between that and the carb and hand crank I
did ok. I was prepared to spend more on
the stuff

Actually that looks like rods ued for sidewalk and curb form work. The hole in the top is for the nail to go through to the wooden form; 2x6 or 2x10 etc.
