1940 9N pulled the axle on the right side first to put in sure seals for oil leak cleaned brake shoes put in seal went to put back in, won't go back in all the way needs to go in about 1/2" more. tried turning axle all different ways, jacked up other side tied and spun tire didn't help. any ideas ?
