We are trying to get the hub off the rear axle to replace the seal and we tried a hydraulics puller and heating and wee took the whole axle out and put it in a 50 ton press and heated it there as well and tapping it what should I do

ONE way is to LOOSEN the nut and drive/use the tractor 'til the hub pops free of the splines.

Take a large chisel, ax head or some type of wedge and put between the back of the hub and one of the round headed bolts holding the bearing cap. Hit the wedge hard then rotate the hub and do it again. You want to do this in several spots and the hub will come off. Only use the round headed bolts on the bearing cap. If you use one of the other's you can mess the bolt head up so a wrench will not fit. Wear eye protection in case a piece of metal breaks off. Be careful the wedge does not fly out. Leave the big nut on the axle so the hub can't jump off and break your foot. Good luck. This has always worked for me.

I should have added that you need to put the axle back in place and bolt everything back up before doing as suggested.

Check to ensure that someone did not tack weld the axle to the hub.

I've seen nuts welded on axles and axles welded to hubs...

Have also seen a weld bead run around a nut to shrink it to make up for worn threads.. had to use a pipe wrench to get that one off !
