I can't seem to find a source for a complete flywheel for a 2N. When I pulled the motor I noticed that someone had broken one of the clutch bolts off inside the flywheel and when my father took a look at it he thought the entire piece should either be surfaced or replaced depending on the cost.

Anyone have any input?

Remove broken bolt and resurface the old one. I doubt anyone makes new ones because they seldom need to be replaced and there are lots of good used ones....

Just remove the broken bolt and have it resurfaced if you feel it needs it. You could find a used flywheel but it may not be any better than what you have.

I had one broke off on my 8N it had been that way for the 32yrs I owned it. Removed it pretty easy with some PB blaster and left hand drill bit.
