Anyone besides me using a battery powered one? There are close to 90 fittings on my grain drill so it's a big labor saver!

My neighbor has one of the Milwaukee ones that I've used. They are pretty slick, I might buy myself one for Christmas.

That's what I have, Milwaukee. I love it.

With that many zerks I would let
the dealer do it.I would think a guy would need a loan for that much
grease. Take it to grease monkey an see what they offer. How old is this thing?

Yup, that sounds about like the drill and planter here. I dread
them about as much as the combine. I use air powered guns -
same difference. I wouldn't be able to do it any more with my
arthritis. I have one gun that reloads and works perfectly and
another that is a huge pain to prime. Same brand - I guess
that's today's quality for you. I still think they are one of the
best presents I have bought myself. After that it would be the
auto-darkening welding helmet. And the air hose reel. Some of
those extras are such a necessity anymore I wonder how I did
without.

It's old. Dealer is 25 miles one way and I bet they would charge a couple of hundred bucks to grease it.

Hobo, I've got an air powered one too but when I'm in the field the air hose doesn't stretch that far  ! Funny thing is the air one is about 15 years old. Box store cheap one. Works great. friend got one just like it that only lasted to just past warranty.

Most all of the stuff I service is around air even then there are no grease fittings to service... I would own a battery operated gun if I had to craw around allot of equipment...

I did a 200K service on a Ford F250 Super Duty last week... I was surprised to find the only grease fittings to be found on the truck was on the front 4X4 drive axle outer U- joints...
