Torque generator power steering

Getting ready to put power steering on my 861 Ford. Want to go with a Char-Lynn torque generator. Saw some pics way back when on here of someone who did the same thing (cutting steering column etc)but cant find it in the archives. Anybody have pics showing the brackets you've made to hold the generator? Looking for ideas guys... I know its been done. Any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance!

This was a picture I took when I was mocking up my Jubilee.
Maybe this was the post you're thinking of?
I left the top brackets nearly as they are here and added two
like them on the bottom to the front bolts on the steering box.

Yes Royse, I think it may be the pic I remember. How did it work out for you? Thanks for your help. It is appreciated

It has worked out great!
I still don't try to turn the wheels while setting still.
I treat them with care, especially when the bucket is loaded.

The dedicated fan belt driven pump works well, but belt routing
and wear are an issue. The second one where I tapped into the
loader hydraulics works well too. Adjusting the priority valve
took some time to get right. Since the steering is open flow it
tends to rob the loader if left too far open causing the loader to
operate slowly. Too little and the steering doesn't work as well.
Once I got it adjusted I was very happy with it.

thanks for the feedback Royse. I know what you mean about not trying to steer when your not moving. I put P/S on my farmall M with a Char-Lynn generator. And it was like night and day!But it is a little jerky when you're standing still. But it's staying on.... forever!I'm thinking of using a chevy P/S pump instead of the loader pump. I have about a dozen on the shelf just doing nothing.... Thanks for all your help. Now to find a reasonably priced generator. Thanks!
