Weve had two flurries here, but nothing that has stuck for long. Mountain caps have about two ft. on them....at the 5000ft level tho.
Closed up the carb shack this yr., to help/take care of Les.!!! She had a rollover on hwy 200 @ about 70mph, and really messed up her body. This was the 15th of Dec. last year, and she still has one more operation, to re-attach her arm to her shoulder.

Other than that.......we're doing OK. Just a matter of getting things done around here, with an old body and mind!!!

Take care buddy!!!!

Man I really love that thing. You may not believe it but I actually thought about doing the same thing a while back. Now I'm in the process of putting a v8 flathead in a 49 8n. I'll make it sound good but it won't sound like a Detroit. Good job.

Gasoline V8s have a great sound as well, especially 60s vintage, high compression engines with long overlap camshafts.

The 1100 RPM idle of a HP 409 is something one long remembers.
