6v generator is locked up too

The pulley will not rotate. I see that there are two bolts holding the case and end caps together. If it is rusted tight, how should I go about trying to get it apart?

I would think you have time for that to soak a while, so I
would spray each end with PB Blaster/Kroil etc and let it set.
Give it another dose every couple of days.
Once the penetrating oil works in it will turn.
It might not be perfect, but you can at least get it apart.
 
I am going to take it work tomorrow and use a press it remove the pulley and then use the PB Blaster on it. I just do not know which end is stuck or if both are stuck.
