have this 9n that has a coolant leak on the top
cover coming from one of the studs.(i have the
studs and nut cover) i took it off, cleaned it
all up, put a new head gasket on and tourqued
it all down to 55lbs as the manual says.
started it up and it leaks worse now then
before.... should i have tourqued to the 65-
70lbs as it says to do with bolts?? judging by
how plegged up the radiator was, it may have
been overheated. but i have never had a head
leaak coolant after putting a new head gasket
on, but this is my first ford 9n......any
suggestions????
