Hello everyone,
Want to make sure I'm connecting this correctly and not going to mess up these lights. Since I'm not ready to do a complete resto on my 52 8n Sidemount 6v (positive ground), I just picked up a set of 6v "Blazer C225" lights like the ones at good ole' Tractor Supply. Here's the stupid question, it has two short wires, a blue and black wire. Do I go with black as ground (which is actually I suppose positive for this model) and blue is hot or does it not matter? In a previous post I was advised not to attach directly to the batt or key switch and was given some direction there so I think I'm good with that part. I picked up a 20 amp two way switch as well. Also where would you recommend trying to ground to the tractor? Somewhere on the tractor by the lights or go back to the batt for best ground?
Thanks for humoring my ignorance of positive ground and what is likely a simple answer.
