Greetings Forum Chums
Pulled the rear pump for the Sherman backhoe off the 600 I stole!......dumb question.....the pump is the low point of the system....would drilling out the pump case and installing a petcock be a good idea to occasionally drain off any water from condensation?......after all....it is out...and what a job it was!!! Stupid idea?...Overkill??

How about not feasible ;-) Where do you get a 3000 PSI petcock? If you want to put a drain in the suction side I think a tee in the hose is a likely candidate.
