3 pt hitch configuration for bush hogging (or back blading)

My 8N is missing parts from the 3 pt hitch. While I can mow (bush-hog) and use a back blade, both implements swing around left-right more than I'd like.

Can someone please post pictures of what the 3 pt hitch should look like for this configuration? (Then I can ask for help figuring out how the missing parts are listed on this website [or another, since this one won't ship to Canada], so I can buy them...)

Thanks,

-Paul

Stabilizer arms to keep the hicth from moving side to side. You also need the under axle bracket that they connect to.

TOH,

Your first picture had a second set of bars that this one doesn't. Do I only need the one set, and not the ones going to the upper point?

Thanks,

The first picture had the lift locked down so it would not raise - not what you want with a mower or blade. The second set of bars is used with the drawbar.

(quoted from post at 16:07:55 10/16/14) You need sway bars & brackets.

Common item in tractor stores; even TSC has them.

No TSC up here! I don't know if a local tractor dealer would have them... Online is probably easiest. Are these what the other supplier website calls the "Stay (Drawbar) Lower"? But I can't see the bracket there. (I'll have to check if my tractor already has them.)

Thanks!

Stabilizer bars, one of the best things I every got for my 8N. Without them, when turning, the bushhog would slide into the rear tires. And couldn't really back up.
The pic has tiny red arrows on the left and right showing the stabilizer bars.
