8N Ignition Problems with Side Mount Distributor

Lately, my Ford 8N with the side mount distributor has been losing its spark. I replaced the points and condenser. It ran fine for two days and then lost its spark. The point setting was set to .025. I remove the wires to the condenser and to the distributor and then re-connect them. It starts right up but then quits in less than five minutes. What could be the problem?

heck your feed-thru insulator & copper strip

Thank you. The wire coming from the coil to the points was grounded out where it went through the distributor's case.

That is a common problem on these old tractors.
