Hupp o/u transmission

Have searched the archives but cannot find a real definitive answer about the Hupp trans I have in a 46 2N. This trans is definitely a Hupp from all indications and it is definitely an over/under gear box but it does not have the neutral position and the swing out gear shift lever. It has a straight lever with a side knob on the end. Lever down = direct drive, middle is low range and up is high range. It has HT142F cast into the case but no other identifying tags or casting numbers. Want to sell but don't know exactly how to list it, not knowing what I really have. Sorry but don't have ability to post pics here but can send via text. Any info about this trans would be appreciated. I know you guys are a wealth of info. Thanks - Harv in CO

good info on this page. Down should be direct, middle neutral, up overdrive...I have a dual range that was a step up that was converted so I still have the step up lever. It has to be just in the right spot to pull the lever out and up into under.
