im looking for tractor runs to participate in. they are probably all over for this year but information of organizations that put runs on would be helpful to me. m located in Channahon Illinois, 50 miles south of Chicago, would participate in runs in say a hundred mile radius or more if run is scenic. can you help me out with info. either post and I will see or e mail me at [email protected]
 
Bob since this isn't an N specific question, you might also want
to ask it on the general "Tractor Talk" forum here on YT.
I know there are a few guys on that forum from your general area.
Hope you find some great runs!

P.S. Have you considered a plow day? Lots of them around too.
 
Normally there is at least some plowing to do.
Many times other demonstrations such as harvesting,
binding or baling prior to plowing the stubble under.
Most of the time there is food to be eaten.
There is always great people and good conversation
and inevitably a little BS-ing about which color is best!

looks like a good time, have you got any info on who to contact to get next years date and time the s.e. wisc. antique society will be holding there plow days?
