What's this worth?

I am posting this for a friend. It's a ford 8n (I think) chassis no wheels or motor or sheet metal. Just rear end with frame rails and front axel. He has been keeping it because it has a special bell housing adapter plate and extended frame and steering tie rods to mount a v8 or v6 engine. I'm not familar with these tractors but have seen these at shows with different motors. What should we ask for it? Is it worth anything other than scrap?

A bit always from me...but I'd be Interested in pics. 218-791-8067....haha any spammers lurking text away!! Is it a v-6 or v-8 conversion and is shipping a possibility?

to the poster (and/or Lisa, if you buy it)
too far for me and I couldn't guess a price,
but if it is sitting there assembled with no engine,
I'd sure like to see a few pics.
It's always nice to file some images away in my head for future
home-hack projects......
(ahhhh...so that's how they did it....I can do/make that.... :D )

Depending on what the adapter is for and condition it may fetch double scrap value...

Words are cheap good pix and dissipation make the sell... Its gonna depend on how much work you put into it...

sound like a project rocket ship, most people buy these tractors for work, not many you see at shows even original tractors they a widely use for work and such, but for someone the right one may fetch a few dollars but I would say scrap price just to get started and see where the interest is and go from there once you now your market you can form a price
