Here's those tires again

I had time to put the nose and center hood on my project this afternoon.
Would have put the grill on too but it's an ill fitting aftermarket darned thing and I'll have to modify it slightly.
Grrr
Tractor's supposed to be about a 65 Ford 4400 but it's another of my cobbled up creations - built out of 3 different tractors - tranny and rear end from one, engine from another, front axle and steering from the third.
Correct police would probably have a fit but it's the way I wanted it.
Still a bunch of tweaking to do on it but I drove it around some this evening for the first time in a couple of months. Had to test those tires.
This probably should go on the Ford board.
But I like all of these Fords, no matter what the color and I'm sure others here do too.

Looks good. I'm sure the grill will also when you get it installed. I have nothing against creativity, especially on a worker.

very nice
good stance
I like the idea of big rubber on a smaller diameter rim.
You get lots and lots of rubber down in the mud, without
having to go with the usual bigger diameter to get the width, and losing the tractors 'grunt'

Don't worry about the correct police.
It ain't really yours until you modify something....

know that feeling,
staring hopelessly at 3 or 4 piles of junk tractor parts,
then after some work and not much actual money spent,
driving your creation around for the first time.

wow, looks nice.

are those HD front hubs?

I have a few tractors made out of pieces of other tractors as I'm sure may of us do!

Wow! What a monster tractor!
I'll bet you are admiring it every chance you get and rightly so.

Yesterday as I was pulling logs from a tangle to get them in better position for chain sawing, I was appreciating what you all tried to tell me at the beginning and what you knew I would soon find out . . . how much pulling power these tractors have.

Your's must be something else for power!

Congrats on your striving for perfection and succeeding.

If TractorData is correct it is only about 2" longer than your Jube. But wider and heavier.
It isn't perfect by any means. I don't restore tractors. But I know a half decent paint job seems to make them run better.
Thanks to all.
