How do you get the ORC off? Second question, what do these brackets on the lift arms do?

It should have a grease fitting on one side & a screw/bolt directly opposite of the grease fitting on the other side. Remove both & drive the roll pin out w/ a roll pin punch. If you use a tapered drift punch, it will likely get jammed inside the roll pin. That's a no-go at this station.

what Bruce said and i'll add that you might have to rotate it once the zercs are out to get the pin to align with the holes. stay as small as you can with the drift and still get it done.

Holy basic training flashback!!! Have not heard that expression in a loooong time. Thanks for the reminder!
 
As Bruce & MP stated. Mine has 2 zerk fittings 180 degrees apart. I have also used a nail with smaller head than pin hole and used head against pin tapping pointed end with a hammer.
