Well, it kind of depends on what tractor and what pump, but
in general you just unbolt the mounting bracket and slide the
shaft out of the coupler on the front of the crankshaft pulley.
This is assuming you have a stinger type pump for a loader etc.

Lack of info makes it hard for us to help you help your self.
One way but not a good way is a big hammer and beat it off.
