8N front tires, motorcycle

I found a pair of 110-80-R19 bike tires, which I
plan to put on Evelyn (48 8N). I was leaning
towards motorcycle tubes. I am wondering what
size tube and if I should try and find one with
offset stem. The offset seems really minimal,
probably three quarters of an inch.

Anyone been down this road lately?

I am going down it now, I am leaving for vacation this afternoon but when I return I will need to do something. Mr. Edd (48 8n) is in the barn with the right front tire off, I took out the tube and it had 3 patches on it already, and was looking pretty rough The tire had 2 patches in it and also is pretty shot. Something to look forward to when I get back.

Mr. Ed n Evelyn, like a match made in heaven or some place.

I"m leaning towards bike tubes to match the tires, lower profile, about 2 inches less in outside diameter. but then the wheels have offset valve stem hole and 5/8 diameter rather than the more modern less than half.

I just recently replaced my front tires on my 9N
I quickly found out it was not going to be a same day start and finish deal.
It was recommended to me to remove the rust from the inside of the rims primer and then paint
The rust will cause premature tube failure.
The primer will draw water so a base coat of color is recommended.
I would match tube size to tire size definitely.
And my experience has taught me to make sure you tuck the tube we'll inside the rim and tire when you install the bead on the second half of the tire the first on I damaged the tube by ushering a tire tool the second go around I used a large screwdriver to work the bead around the rim.
It also helped setting the tire on some 2x4" blocks to keep the tire up when installing the tube.

I've run bike tires on the front of my rail buggies for years, I've got a set for the 16" ferguson waiting in the barn to go on. If you need tubes I'd put bike tubes in but if the others are good I'd stuff them in.

Pic, probably not but trying ...

I have run motorcycle tires with regular tractor tubes on mine for several years. I used to use this tractor for landscaping/yard work and wanted turf tires front and back. The backs were readily available but there were no front turf tractor tires for a 19 inch wheel. So, I looked around and he closest thing was a motorcycle tire. Worked great and when I restored the tractor I left them on just because they are something a little different that I don't see on other tractors when I take it to a show. I used the same tractor tubes that were in the old tires when I put these on.
