49 8N. Rebuilt top half of hydraulics last month with new
cylinder, piston and lift ram arm that broke. All worked well
after.
Last week all hydraulic lift died. Bought rebuild kit minus
chambers and put back together. Jittery lift with no weight but
went up. Progress! However it will not lift any weight. Took top
half off. All looked good on top but swapped piston with
another and resealed top gasket where pump tube meets top
half. Lifted me, 200lbs, but still jittery. Tried to lift box blade
and it really struggled but got it up. However, it will not hold it
up with clutch engaged.
I'm not sure if my problem is on top or bottom. Replaced relief
valve with rebuild.
Not sure what to do now. Look forward to any advice.
