A 'What's it Worth' Question. Weights

I'm thinking these weights if complete might be worth the $600. Though No Bargain. Wonder what they are worth as is and how hard would it be to replace the missing weights? What does each weight weigh? I would probably have to consider shipping into the cost if I found the missing weights.

They usually go for $500 in my area for a complete set.

Missing weights can be found usually for about $20/$25 each except for cut out valve weights which are harder to come by.
Each pie weighs about 30/35 lbs for light weight 800 lbs for complete set and 40/45 lbs for HD weight 1160 lbs for complete set.
He sez all bolts included instead of all mounting hardware included. You might what to make sure he has the mounting adapters Nut/bolt.

Seller must not know too much about them if he doesn't mention the plates and stud nuts.
He also doesn't mention whether they are a heavy or light set, nor does he show a photo so we can tell from that.
I have a pair of light segments here if anyone ever needs them.
They will each fit in a large usps flat rate box.
 
I should have also mentioned that the ad in post is not mine nor have any connect with seller. Only to show price in my area.
