slow work on the 941d

finally got the main steering box lubed today, been setting empty since i adjusted thrust on it.

didn't like the way the hood side panels turned out so sanded and re-primed them again, got them primed just as clouds rolled in from nowhere, so that ended the days work..

Yep...so rainy and hot and muggy here its like trying to work wrapped in a wet wool blanket. Can't wait for "paintin" weather to roll in!

Slow work for you maybe!

I've seen pics of your "slow" work. You can drag a non-runner home on Saturday & practically rebuild the engine & get it painted by Monday.

these hood side panels will have about 3 coats primer on them by now.

1st coat must have been too humid as the texture felt dusty, so i sanded it half way thru the 1st coat. snd i didn't like again, and sanded. 3rd looekd ok yesterday.
