Carburator setting

What is the correct setting on the carb for 1949 8n?

Carb setting goes by where in the world you are. A good starting point is the idle jet at 1.5 turn out from bottom and the main jet 2 turns. Then fine tune since no one engine will run the same and say your at sea level it needs to be adjusted different then it would if you where in Denver which is a mile above sea level

Follow these instructions.....they should get the job done right for you......no matter what your sea level is!!!! (unless yer under water)!!!???????

These are for OEM MS/TSX Carbs.
If you have an aftermarket carb., YMMV!!!
