Two pin trailer female plug

In a bunch of parts I picked up was a rear fender light bracket that has a female 2 pin trailer plug mounted on it. I would like to put it on my 46 so I can put 6V tail lights on the people carrier I made that mounts on the receiver hitch.( I made it too) I have not been able to find the corresponding male plug. Has anyone ever seen one of these? Anyone know where I may be able to find the male part? I have searched electrical sites till my fingers wore down to the first knuckle.

ounds like typical lawn mower battery connector.

Is this what you found? This is an original Ford trailer light connector that mounted to one of the left side rear axle trumpet studs (the mounting plate is broken off of this one). It has a single male pin inside of the spring loaded door. Ford sold a set of trailer lights through their "Accessories" catalogs that included the plug that connected into this socket. The plug was also available separately in the parts catalogs. I have been looking for one for several years and have never seen one.
Light Connector

That is what I have but mine has two female pins inside the spring loaded door. If it had an additional mount, this one doesn't have it either

There's gotta be other sources, but it sounds like a connector I am familiar with used on older John Deeres.

The 2-wire PLUG is DEERE part # AA5692R, still available to be ordered, @ about $40.00.

Oh, found a link to buy one for under $20...
Funny looking plug thingy
