8n toe in problem

Hey guys...looking for a little more help....just finishing a fairly extensive restoration on my 47 8N. New drag links installed this weekend as the originals were bent beyond repair. Now I have a toe out condition and the ends are adjusted all the way in! Front axel is at medium width, so that is not it....what could it be? are the steering box arms the same, or could I have them mixed up? (R & L) Don't want to remove if I don't have to as I'd mess up the nice paint banging on them to get them to release. Drag links purchased from "Just 8N's" for the 39 -48 models with early steering. was a little disappointed as they did not have the turnbuckles like the originals, but otherwise look suitable. I need about an inch on each side to get a slight toe in. Thanks for the help!

(quoted from post at 04:36:36 08/05/14) There is a right and left but that is not likely your problem. They most likely are not timed properly.

Well, that's a pretty blunt answer. Care to elaborate a little...like how do you time them properly?

I think the OP is looking for an actual answer on how to fix his problem.

Did you look at the ones sold on this site? How do the new ones measure in length to the old ones? Was the box timed In accordance with FO-4 service manual?
