So it's been a long time since I've been on this board. My 41 9n has been getting hard to start. It finally began to shut down as soon as it meets resistance, like with the mower or bush-hog. Now it just barely try's to fire and stops. I put a new carb on it. Same. Put new plugs. Better spark but still no change. Plenty of fuel. Took the carb off and it's full of gas. Cleaned it up and still nothing. I've not done anything to the points since I have a brite blue/white spark. But maybe it is something wrong I'm missing. Not sure where to go next. I've read several post about this type of problem. Seems like fuel is usually it. But mine seems ok. Any tips would be great. Thanks Dale in Va.
