How much effort is required to re-install the lift arms back onto the rocker shaft?? I know how much it took to get them off!! I don't know if they should just slide on without much effort or if they need to be pounded on. They currently do not just slide, that's for sure. The splines all seem to be clean. I'm getting ready start assembling my 'new' top cover.
These are used arms and a used shaft but they are all in really good shape -- less wear to the shaft and the arms are much straighter and without the old welding repairs of the ones currently on the tractor.
