Is this a 9N?

This tractor was one I stumbled upon while I was tractor shopping around the island.

Ferguson TE/TEA-20 would be my guess. Not a Ford.
If it is a Fergy, not my strong point, the grill isn't right.
I wonder why they cut the holes in the hood.
It should just tilt forward for access.
 
The hood is Ferguson, the grill is not. At least I don't think so.
Ford hoods had two ribs down the lower side, not a flat side.
Ferguson grills had horizontal bars, not vertical. (so did very early Fords)
Fords had factory holes for the radiator and an access point for
the gas tank because the hood didn't tilt forward like the Fergys did.
Ferguson hoods were smooth on top, no holes. Again, limited knowledge here!
Here's a pic of the Ford hood. This one is an early 8N, but similar to 9N.
Note also the height and shape of the exhaust manifold.
