Was mowing this week and half way through the job and my lift froze about a quarter of the way up. The arms won't go up or down. It has a new cover gasket, safety valve, piston, steel rings, cylinder and cam pin (the one that wears out). There is play in the friction disc area and I need to try and sink the aluminum quadrant plate closer to the lift cover. However during the reconstruction of the lift a huge wolf spider (about two inches long) jumped into the inspection hole and into the pump area and was quickly submerged in the hydraulic fluid. I was able to fish him out after some time only to find out he was missing a few legs. Could it be possible that the pump is clogged? The lift worked for about 30 minutes after the incident and here I am. I know this is about the 6th time I've come out for help, but I feel I should be good for a while. Thank again!!
